Cream cakes?
I've been doing since I was very young. Recently see a lot of recipes with sour cream in the recipie. I had made a chocolate cake with sour cream in it and that was fine. It almost seemed that the CP took the BOLD chocolate flavor that was waiting to explode. It just never was exposed as I wanted. Then I tried to make a lemon cake in the SC had also recipie, who knew a corn bread when made. Am I doing something wrong? or is an ingredient SC misuse?
You're not doing well, it some texture. The SC contains a lot of fat and this changes the inturns texure and flavor of other ingredients. The fat SC on the power of chcocolate fat, is a question of relationship. The fat in the SC dominated the acid in the lemon cake, science, pure science
