
Is this a good diet and amount on average, do you think you have to lose?
Hello, my diet consists of: Breaky: 2 eggs Units and a glass of water with lemon juice. Lunch: pita bread with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato. (WRAP) Dinner: Grilled chicken garden salad (no dressing) Does anyone know of a very strict food for dinner and lunch I can share everything? Instead of barbecued chicken time? Maybe the burgers are healthy or something? Thanks guys! I appreciate it heaps! Yellow fat?
Take the egg yolks in the morning. Reward your self with cakes turkey or ground beef when want something extra. Chang wheat pita bread with low-calorie cereals or whole. I am the bread that is just a piece of CAL forty soooooo no money.
