Is gargling with lemon juice healthy?
I gargle with a capful of lemon juice in the morning after brushing teeth and after a meal. Blanch them alone, I tried peroxide, but I have a strong stomach and vomit every time you use. And do not say bleaching the dentist, I would not do this question if I could get washed. Alrighty, I will stop using the lemon juice /
Oh Try baking soda and water instead. I am not a supporter of peroxide. Of course that is used in whitening products, but did you know you use too much If you want the hair on the tongue … lol.
