I have a really bad cough. How do I get rid of it?

I have tried lemon and honey water, cough drops, tea, and not talking

Garlic lemon tea

What you need:

You can take this all day, warming as necessary. Make sure you back to a boil as this will destroy the vitamin C and allicin garlic. Despite the presence of our spicy friend, the drink is surprisingly good and even acceptable to the majority of children.
