lemon noodles recipe
Tel Tai Chin broth?? Anyone have a good recipe?
I want a recipe that is closest to what you would get at a restaurant Vietnamese. Tel Tai Chin, I know it's beef broth, rice noodles, thin chest, then add as you like, lime or quarters lemon, soy sprouts, onion, cilantro and Thai basil and of course the wonderful Sriracha hot chili sauce (Tuong Ot). I know the recipe for the most but I want a good recipe for the soup, but simple and clear (very light broth, not thick and heavy).
