
One of my favorite meals to cook for the family is the pasta. It is relatively inexpensive, easy to make, and can easily serve a handful people. If you do not have much experience to do something other than spaghetti, then you may well be the next potential favorite dish! This article has some big pasta recipes cooking novice and Pro can achieve and enjoy. They are oh so tasty and I hope you enjoy!
Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:
6 halves chicken breast, cubed
£ 1 FETTUCCINE
3 / cheese 4 cups grated Parmesan
8 oz shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 / 2 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups
3 cups milk
4 cloves garlic, minced and divided
6 c. tablespoons butter, divided
1 teaspoon tablespoon Italian dressing
Flour 1 / 3 cup
1 teaspoon salt teaspoon
3 / 4 cup white tea Pepper
Instructions:
Jeter 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, Italian seasoning and garlic. Cook until chicken is white throughout. Remove from pan and reserve for later. Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the fettuccine pasta. Bake about 10 minutes, then drain. Melt 4 tablespoons butter to skillet and cook for 2 tablespoons of garlic. Add flour, salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes. Gradually add milk and half and half, but be sure to stir constantly. When the sauce becomes in soft, add the Parmesan and Colby, Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until all the cheese is melted, add chicken mixture and sour cream. Mix well and serve over fettuccine pasta.
Angel Hair Pasta Chicken
Ingredients:
1 pound angel hair pasta
6 half chicken breasts
1 package dry dressing mix Italian salad
1 box of mushroom broth gold
4 ounces cream cheese Chive
1 / cup white wine 2
Butter 1 / 4 cup
Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add the seasoning mix. Add wine and golden mushroom soup, then mix well. Add the cream cheese. Let the heat of the mixture thoroughly, but be careful not to boil. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake at 325 degrees F for about an hour. About half an hour before the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of boiling water and cook pasta noodles for about 10 minutes. Drain noodles and chicken cube. Serve the chicken over the noodles and pour the sauce too.
Tuna Tetrazzini
Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti noodles
3 cans of tuna in brine, drained
Flour 1 / 4 cup
2 cups milk
Jerez 1 / 4 cup
Mayonnaise 1 / 4 cup
1 / cup grated Parmesan cheese 4
2 v. unsalted butter
1 onion, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon of tea salt
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add spaghetti. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain noodles. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then add the onion and saute until onion is soft, then add the tuna and mushrooms. Cook for about 3 or 4 minutes. Remove the hot tuna mixture and set aside in large bowl. In another pan, combined flour, milk, mayonnaise, sherry and salt. Mix well and heat until sauce thickens. Pour the sauce into the bowl with the tuna. Mix well and add the noodles. When the noodles are completely covered with sauce, transfer mixture to a saucepan. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top time and bake at 350 degrees F for half.
Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
1 1 / 2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package spaghetti noodles
1 teaspoon tablespoons minced garlic
1 / olive oil 4 cups
3 C. tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 / 4 cup lemon juice
ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, garlic and parsley. Add shrimp and stir the mixture around until shrimp are well coated. Rest in refrigerator for half an hour. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the noodles for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Preheat the grill to high heat environments. Add shrimp skewers and grill for 3 minutes each side or until cooked. You may want to lightly oil the grill to prevent the shrimp from sticking. Serve the shrimp on top of the noodles and drizzle some of remaining marinade on top.
