Is this the best recipe for chicken ever …?

"5 hours Melty Chicken '… Mmmm. Get an old chicken, place on a large piece of paper aluminum, season with salt and pepper. Chop an onion and some garlic. Put some inside and outside the rest of chicken. Make a package with aluminum foil, not too tight. Put the whole thing in a dish in the oven. Cook for 5 hours at 150 degrees Celsius. Use the juices that come out as a base for a sauce fab … I add lemon juice, soy sauce and currant jelly. Enjoy.

Sounds good. But to answer your question – in my opinion, no! My recipe is quite similar when it comes to cooking chicken slowly for about 3 hours. It's called "Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic" 1. Chicken and a pot on the stove top or pan that will fit in a pot use pressure without any weights, so there is no pressure. 40 teeth of salt and whole peeled garlic and pepper to taste Place the 40 cloves of garlic in the bottom of the pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle about 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 5 or 6 screws and pepper (fresh pepper mill, of course) within the chicken. Note note that no liquid. The meat sauce and garlic chicken will be pure! Cover and place over low heat VERY on top of the stove and let it simmer for about 3 hours until the garlic is a liquid and the meat just falls off the bones. You may think that this will be very garlic, but it's not because I believe the long cooking time. I I make no claim for this being the "best ever", either, but it's certainly a good, easy to make and very healthy and delicious!
