The smell of baking pumpkin always evokes memories of Thanksgiving for me. The day began early with his mother busy always in the kitchen to prepare our party. Golden Pumpkin Cookies
1 1 / 3 cups sugar
Shortening 1 / 3 cup
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1 / 2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Ginger 1 / 4 teaspoon
Allspice 1 / 4 teaspoon
1 tablespoon Coffee nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup raisins
1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup canned pumpkin

Cream and sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Combine lemon juice, zest, raisins, nuts and pumpkin. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Double Decker Pie Pumpkin
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon half and half —
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1 / 2 cup whipped topping thawed
1 (6 ounces) foot graham cracker crust
1 Media and half a cup of cold
1 package pudding (4 servings) instant vanilla
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 / 4 c. Tea ground cloves

Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon half and half and sugar in large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add in the whipped cream. Spread this mixture over crust. Combine 1 ½ cup milk and mix in bowl. Beat well for 1 to 2 minutes (the mixture should be thick). Add the pumpkin puree and spices. Mix well. Spread this mixture over the cheese mixture cream and in the cortex. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. To serve, add a dollop of whipped cream on each slice and some toasted walnuts. Makes 8 servings.

looking for a recipe cake cream cheese layer filled with lemon?

I looked for this recipe without success. This cake is a layer that had been split and stuffed with cream cheese lemon filling. The cake was not nuts, walnuts coconut or vanilla cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. They said it was the cake Cream of Italy. But every recipe I seen includes walnuts, coconut and meringue pie, I'm looking for is not

We had a lemon tree in our yard and we had soooo many lemons and neighbors such as Lemon-out, I became very creative with my recipes.
