Lemon Crumble Recipe please?
Years ago my mother used to make something called Lemon Crumble. They were like lemon bars with coconut at the top, not very tall, maybe 3 / 4 ". She's Gone Now I can not find this recipe anywhere. anyone have a recipe similar willingness to share? Thanks in advance.
3 cups flour 1 cup coconut (ground) 1 / 2 pound butter (no margarine or shortening, please) 1 cup white sugar 1 (3 1 / 2 ounce) package lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix butter, coconut, sugar, flour until collapsed the mixture. Press half of the collapse is not always in a greased (9×13 inches). Prepare lemon pie filling as shown in the table, then pour the collapse in a hurry. Add the rest collapses on the lemon filling. Bake at 325F for a few minutes until the top of the squares are browned. (10-15 minutes) Remove and let cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares and serve.
