How exactly does the Lemon Law Working in CA?
I bought a car on Sept. 06. On February 08 with 15,000 miles in the car I put the car into a problem when changing gears. It couldnt diagnose the problem, because he said he was not very common. Then I brought the car back again for the same problem, a vibration that lasted more than 4 seconds and one every 20 minutes in early July. They said they felt the problem when you test drove and tried to fix it. When the car was arrested a week later, he was always the same. It was brought back and were told again that lasted a short time each time for them to understand what was wrong. After numerous interviews with the director and more tests on the car, now is going to change the transmission. If this is not true, I have the lemon law or are trying to fix it again? The car now has 19,000 miles on the cause of all test units that have done about it. Do you have any change?
