Lemon / Raspberry Muffin recipe?
I need a recipe please call for lemon yogurt. :]
My fave – and so delicious. Enjoy! Lemon Raspberry Muffins Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 / 2 cup sugar 2 tea baking powder (1 tablespoon coffee high) 1 / 2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate (1 / 4 teaspoon height) 1 / 2 teaspoon salt with 8 oz carton lemon yogurt 1 / 2 cup oil 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 eggs 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 / 2 cup chopped pecans Topping 1 / 3 cup sugar 1 / 4 cup flour 2 tablespoons butter in a large bowl, mix flour and all dry ingredients (the ingredients except garnish). In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, lemon zest and eggs. Add to ingredients dry and stir until just moistened the dry ingredients. Gently stir in raspberries and nuts. Fill the cups 3 / 4. Combine filling ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle in mass beating. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
