Ingredients:
* 5.6 pounds of boneless leg of lamb
* 2 oz flour
* ½ c. Tea. (salt sauce only)
* ½ cup honey
* 2 cups water

* 2 ½ cups bread crumbs
* Tea ½ teaspoon salt
* ¼ C. Tea, freshly ground black pepper
* 2 c. Melted butter tea
* 1 egg
* 1 cup chopped parsley
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 cup chopped chopped green
Teaspoon * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
* Mint and garlic to taste
Method:
1. Sprinkle inside and outside the leg of lamb with salt and pepper.
2. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, celery and green pepper, salt, black pepper, dill (if elected), mint, garlic and melted butter.
3. Add eggs and mix.
4. The filling is a bit lumpy – add another egg or a little broth if you prefer a stronger blend.
5. Pack the cavity in the leg of lamb and sew the slot to wrap the filling.
6. Asado in a moderate oven (300 to 350 degrees F) until done. 35-40 minutes per pound.
7. Half an hour before serving, drizzle with honey, turning down the oven to 250 degrees. F.
8. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
9. Mix flour into pan juices and add water.
10. Add salt and bring a boil, stirring until thickened.
11. Pour the mixture into a sauce boat and serve.
12. Remember to remove the string before serving.
13. Serve with rice, baked potatoes and vegetables of your choice. Serves 6-8.
Mexican Pork Chops
Ingredients:
* 6 pork chops
* 1 cup tomato puree
* 2 c. teaspoon minced or chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon Tea Worcester sauce
* 1 tablespoon Chili powder, Tea or 1 / 8 v. Cayenne pepper tea
* ¼ C. Cinnamon tea
* 1 tablespoon for Pepper Tea
* A pinch of ground cloves
* 2 c. Flour tea
* 2 / 3 cup water
* 3 tablespoons vinegar
* 1 tablespoon teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon Paprika Tea
Method:
1. Wipe with a damp cloth and chops and sprinkle with flour.

4. Mix well and simmer.

Ingredients:
* 4 large pork chops
* 1 pound potatoes, peeled
* 1 cooking apple
* ½ c. teaspoon mixed dried herbs
* 6 oz carrots, turnips or parsnips
* 2 small onion, chopped
* Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Cut the potatoes and place them on thick paper through the center of a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
2. Place chops on top of the potatoes and season again with salt, pepper and herbs.
3. Peel apples and core, cut and throw them over chops.
4. Cut the carrots, turnips or parsnips and laymen on both sides of chops.
5. Place the onion slices in the top.
6. Aluminum foil carefully over the whole plate, seal and bake at 350 degrees. F. (Gas 6) for 1/1/2 hours.
7. Serve with rice and salad green.
